Airwolf Intro
My dad had his own one man painting business when I was young. I was in year-round school, so many times when I was off track (on break), I would have to go along with my dad to his various jobs. He had this little black and white TV set that I would watch, as I sat in the middle of the room, sitting on paint covers made of heavy canvas. There were many shows that stick out in my mind during those days, but Airwolf is the distinctive show that I remember. I loved the music and I loved the visuals of the stealthy helicopter as it flew around. I only saw the show in syndication, so by this time, the Airwolf helicopter was on a tour, stopping at airports across the country. One sunny Saturday morning, it made a stop at the municipal airport, which was a little over 1 mile away from my house. I remember being so excited about this, so my brother and I spent all morning sitting on the roof of our shed, trying to catch a peek at the Airwolf. We never saw it.
